NORWICH- The Norwich Recreation Department is currently accepting applications for youth basketball officials. Anyone interested in officiating this year’s youth league games played at Kelly Middle School weeknights should contact Director Roger Moss at 860-823-3792. Games will begin in January with a training session in December. Please contact the Norwich Recreation Department at 860-823-3791 for further information Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
