MANCHESTER - A concert by the Silk City Chorus will take place at Manchester High School, 134 E. Middle Turnpike, Manchester, on Jan. 19 at 1:30 p.m. A second performance at 7:30 p.m. at the school will be preceded by an optional pre-show dinner at the Second Congregational Church, 385 N.
