Book donations needed

The Windsor Locks Public Library is seeking donations of fiction and nonfiction books in good condition, plus DVDs, videos, audio books, and music CDs and cassettes. Donations may be dropped off at the library, located at 28 Main St., during regular business hours: Monday through Thursday 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tax receipts may be obtained at the circulation desk when the donation is made. The library will be holding a book sale on Feb. 11 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. as part of the town's annual Winterfest celebration. The day's festivities will also include jazz trumpet by Vin Cassotta at 10:30 a.m. and free coffee and pastries by Starbucks of Enfield during the morning hours.
