COVENTRY- The Physical Plant and Facilities Director will be hosting an informal meeting on Jan. 28, starting at 6 p.m. to meet with youth groups, non-profit groups, sports organizations and outside organizations to review procedures for requesting space and time at the schools’ facilities. This meeting is for new and existing facility use groups. Please bring with you your schedules and questions so we can work together to plan the field use for the next season. This meeting will take place at the Administration Building located at 1700 Main Street, Coventry. This information was provided by the Physical Plant and Facilities Office.
