NORWICH- The Teen Leadership Council, a teen empowerment initiative for high school students, is offering a 10-week program starting in February. Classes will be held at Norwich Free Academy. Classes include How to define a problem, Personal skills, Diversity. Bridges and Barricades, Language and Writing Skills, The Media and Packaging Agendas, State Government, City Government, School System, and Budgets Accountability, and Outcome Expectations.
