Holiday observance

MANCHESTER- The town of Manchester offices will be closed in observance of Lincoln's birthday on Tuesday, Feb. 17. Mary Cheney Library and Whiton Memorial Library wil lbe open. The landfill will be open and trash will be collected according to the regular schedule with no delays. Town offices will also be closed on Monday, Feb. 18 in observance of Washington's birthday. Mary Cheney Library and Whiton Memorial Library will also be closed. The landfill will be open and trash will be collected according to the regular schedule with no delays.
