EAST HARTFORD- The Connecticut IB Academy, a college preparatory interdistrict magnet school, serving East Hartford and ten surrounding towns selects two students each month who possess the attributes of the IB Learner Profile designated for that month. For February, the Learner Profile attribute is “Open-Minded." The CIBA Students of the Month for February are: freshman Audrey Levesque and senior Marrium Qureshi.
