Take a walking tour

EAST HAMPTON- The East Hampton Parks and Recreation Dept. will sponsor a walking tour of Rick’s Sugar Shack on Sunday, March 10, at 1 p.m. The maple syrup farm is located at 69 Collie Brook Rd., East Hampton. The walk is organized by the Chatham Historical Society as part of the “Explore East Hampton” monthly series program. After the tour visitors can visit the store that has many maple syrup products. Learn how maple syrup is made right here in East Hampton. The walk is open to adults and children. Please no dogs. Wear shoes suitable for the weather conditions. The tour will take approximately 1 hour. Heavy snow will cancel the tour. After the walk people are invited to visit The Chatham Historical Society's museum complex located at 6 Bevin Boulevard. The museum will be open for tours from 2-4 pm.
