Visitation restrictions lifted

PUTNAM- Effective immediately, the visitor restrictions that were put into place on Jan. 3, 2013 are lifted due to a decrease in the number of influenza patients seen in both the Day Kimball Hospital emergency department as well as hospital admissions. In early January, Day Kimball Hospital implemented a visitation restriction to those under 18. For the safety of our patients, visitors and staff, we are still asking that you do not visit hospitalized patients if you have flu-like symptoms. Flu-like symptoms include fevers, chills, running nose, sneezing, coughing, body aches, vomiting or diarrhea.
