Art winners

MANCHESTER - The winners of the Art of the Month competition at the Feb. 20 meeting of the Manchester Art Association were selected by watercolor artist Ralph Acosta. Winners include - First place: Natasha Piendel for “Union Pond, Manchester,” pastel, will be displayed at the Mary Cheney Library; Second place: Marty Gordon for “On Duty,” acrylic, will be displayed at the Arbors; Third place: William Oellers for “Moses Parting the Red Sea,” paper, will be displayed at the First Niagra Bank; First Honorable Mention: Marlane McKenzie for “Night Watchman,” woodcut, will be displayed at the Webster Bank; Second Honorable Mention: Susan Aitner for “Tears,” digital photography, will be displayed at the Whiton Library.
