SOUTH WINDSOR - South Windsor Human Services is accepting applications for the 2012-13 energy assistance program for all heating sources. The deadline for deliverable fuel (oil, propane and kerosene) is March 15. To qualify, income must be below $31,815 for single, or $41,605 for couples, and assets can not exceed $7,000 for renters, and $10,000 for homeowners. Proof needed: last four weeks of income and assets (bank accounts, CDs, and any other investments) for everyone over the age of 18 in the household; and the most recent electric bill and gas bill, if applicable.
