MANCHESTER - Little Theatre of Manchester presents its next Evenings @ 7 free play reading with "Sylvia," by A.R. Gurney, on Tuesday, March 12 at historic Cheney Hall. Empty-nesters Greg and Kate have moved back to Manhattan after twenty-two years in the suburbs. After declaring the dog phase of her life is over, Greg finds Sylvia, a street-smart lab/poodle mix, and brings her home. The dog promptly becomes a bone of contention between Greg and Kate, testing their marriage to hilarious and touching effect. Jim Ryan directs this black comedy.
