NORWICH- Adventures in Lifelong Learning offers an extensive selection of learning enrichment courses which are under the auspices of Three Rivers Community College, Division of Continuing Education and Community Services. Registration is under way for classes which will begin April 1 and run until the end of May. For more information, contact A.L.L. President Bette Peck at or 860-889-2048. A tuition fee of $15 entitles you to register for as many classes as you wish. Adventures in Lifelong Learning was formed in 1995 by retirees in order to expand their horizons, explore new skills, satisfy intellectual curiosity, meet interesting people and have fun keeping current. The noncredit courses encompass such topics as history, classic movies, writing, the arts and faculty lectures. Some are one time classes and others meet once a week for several weeks. There are also visits to art galleries, museums and historic or other interesting sites. The best part? There are no tests, no academic requirements. Class sessions are informal with open discussions. This is learning for the pure joy of it, not what you remember from your school days! Registrations will also be accepted at the beginning of semester reception which will be Wednesday, March 27, at 1:30 p.m. in room F-117 at Three Rivers Community College. The college is located at 574 New London Turnpike in Norwich. Come and meet our facilitators and enjoy refreshments.
