MANCHESTER - On Tuesday, April 9, the Genealogy Group of the Manchester Historical Society will host Dianne Bordeaux Lenti, a retired genealogist and member of the CT Professional Genealogists Council. Lenti will present “Documenting Your Sources: Noting Who, What, When and Where.” The meeting will be at the Manchester History Center, 175 Pine St. at 10 a.m. The group consists of members of the Manchester Historical Society with an interest in researching their own family history. Those who are looking for a research project to do may speak with the group’s chairperson, Dennis Gleeson, who has a list of Manchester families and properties that we would like to have researched. The public is invited to attend our meetings; there is a $3 fee for non-members. More information about the Genealogy Group is available on the Historical Society’s web site; look for Genealogy in the left menu, under Special Features.
