Contra dance

STORRS- The next Quiet Corner Contra Dance will be held Saturday April 6 featuring live music by 'Wild Card', with Dave Lindsay calling the dances. Dances are at the Storrs Congregational Church Hall, 2 North Eagleville Rd., Storrs (church drive a short way down from the intersection of Route 195, on the UConn campus). All ages and experience levels are welcome, and no partner is necessary. Free lessons at 7:30 p.m., with dance beginning at 8 p.m. (all dances are taught). Please bring soft-soled shoes and water to drink; desserts for the break are also welcome! Admission: $10 non-member adults, members $8. High school and college students $5. Children under 12, $3.
