BOZRAH- On Saturday, April 6 (rain date April 7) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., plein air artists from all over Connecticut will join local plein air artists to celebrate the coming of spring. The public is invited to observe the 15 plein air artists as they gather at the Homestead at Maple Farms Park (45 Bozrah St., Bozrah) to paint more than 1,000 blooming daffodils, then follow along as they continue across the street to Six Paca Farm to paint the alpacas. Artists will have information about their work available at the Homestead and there will be a follow-up art show held on June 8 at the Homestead to showcase the paintings created at the en plein air event. Artist Lisa M. Sanders of Lisbon is the coordinator of the event and an attending artist.
