WINDSOR- On Tuesday evening, April 9, Jane Zisk will demonstrate abstract landscape painting in acrylics at the L.P. Wilson Community Center, sponsored by the Windsor Palette & Brush Club. The free demonstration, from 6:45 to 8:45 p.m., is open to all, and will follow a short business meeting and refreshment period. Jane Zisk, the Founder of the Connecticut Plein Air Painters Society, has been an artist for over 30 years. She has been inspired by the American artists in the late 1880s including J.Alden Weir, Childe Hassam and others. The Windsor Palette & Brush Club is sponsored by the Town of Windsor's Department of Recreation and Leisure Services, and it holds monthly art demonstrations.
