Earth Day concert

WINDSOR - The public is invited to Northwest Park for the Earth Day Concert on Saturday, April 20 from 2 to 4 p.m. Enjoy earthy stories and songs from Midge Christopher and the interactive music of Tom Weber. Admission is free to those that volunteer during Earth Day Action Week at Northwest Park. All other participants will be charged 12 recyclable cans. Volunteers are needed to clear trails of litter, plant trees and prepare the butterfly and organic gardens for planting. Adults and supervised youth ages 6 and older can join Northwest Park Earth Day Action Team on Saturday, April 20 from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. All participants will receive a family pass to the Earth Day Concert that begins at 2 p.m. Please call to sign up for the team.
