Student art show

WINDSOR – Windsor boys and girls will showcase their creativity and talent at the Windsor Public Schools Kindergarten Through Grade 8 Student Art Show from Thursday, April 11 through Tuesday, April 30 in Windsor Town Hall, 275 Broad Street. More than 200 pieces of artwork will be on display in the main level hallways, Mondays through Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Everyone is invited to an opening reception in Town Hall on Thursday, April 11 from 5 to 7 p.m. From 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., guests will be treated to music performed by a trio of student-musicians. Refreshments will be provided. The opening reception is free and open to the public. The art show will feature a wide variety of mediums including drawings in graphite, markers, colored pencil, digital drawings and designs, watercolor and tempera paintings, collages, stitchery, printmaking, and mixed media.
