EAST HAMPTON- The 39th Annual Belltown Antique Gas & Steam Engine Show, will be held at Fireman's Field at the Salmon River State Forest on Rte. 16 in East Hampton, (across from the old covered bridge) on April 28 beginning at 8 a.m. Show features an interesting assortment of vintage gas and steam engines that once powered Connecticut's industrial and farm heritage. Antique engines and tractors, many lovingly restored, will be displayed and demonstrated. Trophies will be awarded at 3 p.m. Refreshments will be available on premises. Don't miss our flea market where you can browse for antique engine and auto parts and tools, as well as general merchandise. Admission still only $3 per person (children under 12 are admitted free, when accompanied by an adult). Show is held rain or shine, field conditions permitting.
