Vision Board workshop

Colchester - posted Apr, 22 2013

COLCHESTER- An important step in making your goals and dreams become a reality is by clearly picturing and creating a visual image. A fun way to jump-start the process is by creating a vision board. The process of creating the images can change your life and steer you toward making the vision real. Setting goals and taking action are great ways to move forward toward what you want to achieve in life. Bring your passions, aspirations, and intentions, mix them with paper, scissors, glue sticks, and magazines, and see what takes shape in a workshop presented by Fiona Bain at Cragin Memorial Library on Monday, May 13, from 6 to 8 p.m. Ms. Bain is a Professional Life Coach who received her training through the accredited program at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. This program is free and open to the public; all supplies will be provided; no registration required. For more information, call the library at 860-537-5752.
