Best Buddies Award

COVENTRY- The Connecticut Best Buddies organization recently held their Awards Reception on Sunday, May 5 at Sacred Heart University. Mrs. Lisa Andosca, Best Buddies Advisor at Coventry High School, and Senior Robert Lundquist attended the event. Coventry High School was nominated for three awards. Robert Lundquist was presented with the Best Buddies Connecticut Lifetime Achievement Award. The Lifetime Achievement Award is given to students who have been an active part of both their Chapter and Best Buddies Connecticut throughout their high school careers. Robert has improved his Chapter tremendously, helping change the cultures in his school. Robert has served as Chapter President for the past three years, and as graduation approaches Best Buddies wanted to honor Robert’s hard work and dedication. He is leaving his Chapter, school, and the Best Buddies Connecticut community a better place because of his involvement and dedication.
