GLASTONBURY - On May 31, from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m., at the Connecticut Audubon Society Center, 1361 Main St., Glastonbury, join naturalist Kasha Breau as she introduces resident owl, Trinket. Breau will also give a brief talk about Connecticut owls before venturing into Earle Park to call them. If it's dark enough, there should be fireflies lighting up the field and forest. Please do not apply bug spray until we go out for the walk. We suggest you wear a long sleeved shirt and slacks. Also, bring a flashlight. This program is suitable for adults and children. Cost for members $6; non-members $10. For information or to reserve your seat, call 860-633-8402. Proceeds from this event will benefit the center's science and nature classes.
