Summer reading program

Marlborough - posted May, 31 2013

MARLBOROUGH- The Richmond Memorial Library offers its summer reading program, Dig Into Reading. This year, an online Summer Reading Program will be offered. Once registered, children can log their own reading online and still receive fun prizes! Children pre-K to grade 1 will still be able to log their reading the traditional way, with a fun 'underground' adventure! Students entering middle school in the fall have the option of joining our Teen Summer Reading Program, Groundbreaking Reads. It's all about digging, gardens and things found underground this summer! Join us for great summer programs such as the return of 2 favorites - Touch-A-Truck, and the Worm Lady, Jean Scialabba! We'll also have a week of Dinosaur and fossil fun, panning for gold, chalk art, and even a reading 'cave' in the storytime room. Richmond Memorial Library is located at 15 School Dr., Marlborough. Call 860-295-6210 or visit for information and registration.
