MANCHESTER - "The Cat's Table," by Michael Ondaatje, is the July selection of the Manchester Public Library's Book Discussion for Adults. The novel relates the onboard adventures of a young boy and the other misfits seated at the "cat's table," the furthest possible from the ship's Captain. The discussion will take place on Monday, July 15, at 7 p.m. It will be held in the Howroyd Room at the Mary Cheney Library, 586 Main St., Manchester. Copies of the book are available in the library's reference department. The free program is open to the public; registration is not required. Light refreshments will be served. For further information, please call adult services/reference at 860-645-0821 or visit:
