WINDSOR - Windsor Historical Society and the Windsor Garden Club are presenting the sixth Windsor Garden Tour on Saturday, July 13, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., rain or shine. View eight Windsor gardens exhibiting the artistry and hard work of their owners. Some of the gardens are newly planted and some are decades old; all provide inspiration and delight. Garden hosts will be available at each garden to answer your questions. Many people attend with notebooks and cameras and we have been told that this tour provides gardeners and garden lovers with ideas all year long. Tickets for the tour are $10 in advance and $15 the day of the tour. Proceeds support community programming offered by both sponsoring organizations. A ticket/brochure describing the gardens with a map may be purchased from the following Windsor businesses: Ashley’s Distinctive Jewelry and Gifts; Bill Selig Jewelers; Jordan Florist; Snelgrove’s; from members of the Windsor Garden Club; or Windsor Historical Society. The gardens, which may be viewed in any order, are located at: 800 Stone Road; 24 Tiffany Drive; 32 Tiffany Drive; 54 Bradford Drive; 55 Nook Farms Road; 62 Nook Farms Road; 1058 Plymouth Street; and 28 Jubrey Drive.
