EAST WINDSOR - Come hear the happiest music in the world at the CT Trolley Museum during the annual BBQ on the Line fundraiser, as organizers have teamed up with Automatic Musical Instrument Collectors' Assn. to provide a unique barbeque experience. Vintage air-operated organs will be playing music from yester-year for your enjoyment. The barbeque will feature an 1897 built 89 key Gavioli antique fairground organ - The Diamond Jubilee. Over 400 pipes will be playing the sounds of a traveling fun fair. The event is being held on Saturday, July 27 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., on the museum grounds at 58 North Road, East Windsor. Tickets are $22 for adults; $20 for museum members; children ages 2-12 are $15. Food is being supplied by Danny’s Little Taste of Texas and tickets must be purchased by Wednesday, July 24. Tickets are available at the museum gift shop, online at www.ct-trolley.org or by calling 860-627-6540. Don't miss this unique opportunity to enjoy beautiful music at the BBQ on the Line and enjoy an evening trolley ride after your meal. This event is being held to raise funds to maintain our current mile and a half of track along with plans to expand the line in the future.
