ROCKVILLE - This year's Rockville Fest will take place in downtown Rockville on Saturday, Sept. 28, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and offers something for everyone. Raindate for Rockville Fest is Sunday, Sept. 29, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. This event has morphed into a three-in-one local fair. Vintage and classic cars from the Tri-Town Cruzers Car Club will be on display up and down Main Street. The Cruzers will have raffles throughout the day. The Vernon School Readiness group will once again hold a Baby Fair in Talcott Park behind the town hall. Displays and booths here will have a variety of information, advice and freebies that will center around babies and toddlers – this is a great place for parents and guardians of small children. This was a new addition to the Rockville Fest last year, and it was very popular. There will also be food vendors and craft/home businesses set up around the green selling their wares, a bounce house for the children and other entertainment throughout the day. Local businesses will also be open for business. For information on a having a booth at this event: food vendors and crafters or home businesses should contact Tom DiDio, 860-380-7104 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Vendors and others interested in being part of the baby fair should contact email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
