Students perform ‘Much Ado’ at Hall School

WILLINGTON - Love, wit, villainy, deception, honor, shame and a dash of buffoonery make “Much Ado About Nothing” one of Shakespeare’s most enduring comedies. Two couples are foisted apart: Hero and Claudio by evil trickery, Beatrice and Benedict by their own battle of wits – until all’s well that ends well. Students of Hall Memorial School in Willington will perform this adapted classic at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22, in the school gymnasium. The production, directed by enrichment teacher Pat Pinney, is free to the public. Donations to Friends of Hall School Drama and Music will be accepted during the performance.
