Dickens village and vintage toys

SOMERS - Dickens Village and Vintage Toys will be at the Somers Historical Museum on Saturday, Dec. 7, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., the Somers Historical Museum. The museum will be open to visitors to see dolls and doll beds from the 1930s and 1940s on display. Old toys, roller skates, ice skates, cast iron train, stuffed bears and other trinkets given by local residents are also featured. The museum store will have Somers Historical building note cards, DVD's and books of Somers history; lithograph prints of the center of Somers; small wooden buildings; drawings of Shaker rules; and post cards for sale. The Dickens Village is on display for one day only. All are welcome. The event is free and open to the public. Donations are always welcome.
