WINDSOR - On Thursday, Dec. 19, be a part of, "Kris Kringle," a read-aloud movie for kids young and old, at Windsor Public Library from 7 to 9 p.m. Children and adults are invited to participate in a read-aloud movie program based on the book. Individuals from the audience will be selected to act out a character out of the book. Maria Ciampi is a noted legal author, law school professor and legal practitioner. She is also the author of the book entitled, ”Kris Kringle,” a tale of an awfully sloppy toymaker who dreams of a tattered toy sketch and who loves a Claus name Evelyn. It is also the tale of a devilish Mr. D, who has a vendetta against a Claus named Santa. And, of Santa, who won’t let go of his rulebook and retire, even in face of a karate-chopping Claus named Mrs. C. This program is free and open to the public. Call 860-285-1918 for more information.
