YANTIC- The Christmas season will culminate with the traditional Feast of Lights in Yantic. The public is invited to enjoy the annual Feast of Lights at Grace Episcopal Church in Yantic on Sunday, Jan. 5, at 5 p.m. Pageantry, music, and a brilliant display of lights will again mark the end of the Christmas season and the beginning of Epiphany. A free will offering will be taken up to benefit Norwich’s St. Vincent de Paul Place. Twelfth night, or “the twelfth day of Christmas”, denotes the beginning of, “Epiphany," meaning “manifestation” or “showing forth." The service, which includes a children’s pageant and procession of the Three Kings, will be followed by refreshments and fellowship. Valet parking is available free of charge.
