Learn to produce a TV show

REGION - Community Voice Channel (CVC) is a non-profit television studio in Bolton. The programming comes from the community. CVC serves most of Tolland County including: Andover, Bolton, Ellington, Hebron, Marlborough, Tolland and Vernon. If you live in one of the seven towns listed, you may participate in a free studio workshop consisting of four, two-hour sessions. You will be taught the basic positions to film in a live studio setting including how to handle professional equipment; how to operate all six studio positions; how to produce your own show; and how to become a crew member, director and producer. Workshops are open to ages 9 and older. The free workshops will be held on Jan. 22, 23, 29 and 30, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Must attend all four classes to become a producer.
