NORWICH- Three Rivers Community College and Millstone Station (Dominion Nuclear Connecticut) are again offering 16 full scholarships for the nuclear engineering technology degree program. This engineering technology program was first initiated in 1983. The scholarships cover the full cost of tuition, books, and fees for a two-year associate degree program, starting with the Fall 2014 semester. Additionally, students will receive a guaranteed $50 per month stipend during the nine-month academic year. Scholarship students will also have a twelve-week paid internship/coop experience at the Millstone Nuclear Station during the summer between their first and second academic year. Deadline for scholarship application for students entering the 2014 fall semester is Feb. 15.
