REGION - The Manchester Brotherhood in Action (BIA) is holding an annual community breakfast which will benefit Kaleigh Thereault of Manchester, and Camden Soucy of Tolland. This year's event will be held on Sunday, Feb. 23, from 9 a.m. to noon, at the Masonic Temple, 25 East Center St., Manchester. Tickets may be purchased in advance or at the door: $5 for adults and $3 for children. Proceeds will help the families offset expenses incurred from medical bills. The BIA has been in existence since 1987 and has fundraised more than $95,000 in charitable contributions to help children with life threatening illnesses. Volunteer members are from UNICO, Knights of Columbus, Beth Sholom B’nai Israel Brotherhood, and both Manchester Masonic Lodges.
