Chinese meditation workshop

ENFIELD - The Connecticut Chinese Culture Association will present a Chinese meditation workshop, Falun Dafa for Body, Mind and Spirit Practice at the Enfield Public Library on Wednesday, Feb. 19, at 7 p.m. Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong, is an ancient Chinese cultivation practice for the mind, body and spirit. It follows the universal principles of truthfulness, benevolence and tolerance. It consists of five sets of gentle movements and meditation. Millions of people around the world practice Falun Dafa and have improved their physical and mental health. The workshop will include a slide presentation introducing Falun Dafa and teaching of the five sets of movements and meditation.
