SOUTH WINDSOR - On Monday, March 10, at 11:15 a.m., a representative from Community Health Services will be at the Charles N. Enes Community Center to present information on the SNAP Program (formerly known as Food Stamps) and will assist you with applying. If you wish to apply, please bring proof of all income and expenses for everyone in the household. In addition, at 10:30 a.m., a representative from Capitol Community College will speak on the many classes and certifications that people on SNAP can take advantage of for free. Please register for either program by calling Human Services at 860-648-6361 ext. 335.
