Games break out at Plainfi eld Soccer Club picture day
A funny thing happened during the Plainfield Soccer Club’s fall season Picture day…A soccer game broke out. I guess at events like picture day, when 200 plus kids are together, they can’t help but start a “pick up” soccer game. It just shows that kids can still be kids and start a game all by themselves. No referees, no coaches, and more than two teams on the field at one time.

Picture day was a success, and it seemed like a very smooth and efficiently run operation. Big thanks from PSC to Charleen’s Portraits for her great attitude and ability to work with the large volume of kids that she had to.
Several parents asked about the awesome sweatshirts and the nice coaches shirts that were on display and to those parents, “We hear you loud and clear.” More are on order and will be available shortly.
Hey, we are proud of the club and the kids in it, and we want to spread it around town.
It also seemed that we had a bit larger crowds at some of our games this week, and that makes me believe that a few more people may have taken me up on my offer to attend a game. So, thank you for that, and to those who still haven’t seen the teams in action, we leave an open invitation for you.
