ENFIELD- Enrollments are now being accepted for the 9-hour weekend parenting class, “Love, Limits, and Lessons,” being held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Enfield. This 9-hour class is open to parents and professionals who live or work with children from 18 months to 18 years of age. The class will be held over three, 3-hour sessions beginning on Friday evening, Feb. 8 at 6pm, continuing on Saturday morning, Feb. 9, at 9am, and concluding on Sunday, Feb. 10 at 1 pm.

Participants attending this weekend parenting class will learn what causes misbehavior and techniques for implementing a strong and balanced discipline plan. Some of the concepts covered include creating limits and boundaries, handling power struggles with success, and communication tips that will get kids to listen. Professional trainer, writer, and creator of the “Love, Limits, and Lessons” training program, Bill Corbett is an Enfield resident and will offer his coursed locally for the first time. He has been teaching parenting classes across the country for over 12 years.
