WINDSOR LOCKS- Reservations are now being accepted for a 2-hour parenting workshop to be held on May 28 from 6:30-8 :30 p.m. at the New England Preschool Academy, One Foxwood Drive in Windsor Locks. The academy is sponsoring this fun and interactive workshop that will assist adults, who live or work with children from 18 months to 18 years of age, with techniques for handling power struggles and tantrums.

The session, “No I Won’t and You Can’t Make Me” will offer solid step-by-step methods for handling negative behavior in children. The speaker is Bill Corbett, author of “Love, Limits and Lessons.” Admission for this event is $10 per person, $15 per couple.
