The Homestead Country Store and Antiques

The Homestead Country Store & Antiques located in the Historical Tolland Green is celebrating it’s 200th birthday this year! Come by and visit with owner Judy Shafer, who is celebrating her 30th year in business, and browse through the beautiful antiques, gifts and candles her shop has to offer. Bring your children and grandchildren to shop at the Famous Penny Candy Counter, pick up your fresh local eggs, honey and maple syrup.
Judy, a crafter who used to teach macrame decided to follow her passion for antiques and bought the Homestead, which was originally a General Store in 1981. The shop offers items such as Willow Tree, Jim Shore, Yankee Candle, Lang Cards & Calendars as well as Tolland Pottery & Books. You’ll find the perfect gift or accent for your home when you shop at The Homestead Country Store & Antiques. Hours Tuesday - Saturday 10:30 - 5:00 and Sunday 12:00 - 5:00.
