Shelly, Danya, Terry, and Sue have been servicing the Vernon area for more than 15 years (all formerly of Cost Cutters located in Tri-City Plaza). We are all stylists of “Shelly’s Hair Studio,” in a great location on Talcottville Rd (Rt. 83) next to Gem Jewelry.
We offer services for the whole family including haircuts, color, highlights, perms, updos, Brazilian blowouts (a great smoothing treatment for unruly hair), facial waxing, etc. ... along with several lines of products for retail.
On Tuesday and Wednesday we offer a discounted haircut of $13.00. We also offer a customer appreciation card to everyone to earn a “free” haircut.
