Steve comes from a radio broadcasting background, which he still does part-time, and formerly wrote for a weekly arts publication in Massachusetts. A New Englander through and through, he grew up in Enfield and attended the University of Lowell (now UMass-Lowell).

Having covered Glastonbury for more than four years and Ellington, Tolland and Vernon for the past three years, Steve has come to know many town residents. Steve recognizes that these towns are steeped in a rich history, have much unique charm, and tremendous potential for the future. Steve currently lives in Windsor. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, cycling, playing sports, and photography as a hobby.
